Ystevie Dennis Ty is a seasoned executive, operator, and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience building and leading companies across business process outsourcing (BPO), trading, real estate, and financial services. His career is defined by a consistent focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and cross-industry innovation.
He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Arbcentrix Corporation, a Manila-based BPO firm providing high-impact back-office support to U.S. mid-market companies. At Arbcentrix, Ystevie leads organizational strategy, workforce operations, and enterprise integration—powering scalable service delivery across finance, HR, IT, asset protection, and operations support.
Ystevie is also the President and Co-founder of Royal-Ty Foreign Currency Corporation, a licensed forex and remittance provider operating since 2013, and Daven Property Group, a real estate investment and development firm launched in 2023. He brings deep entrepreneurial insight to multi-sector business building, with proven success in navigating regulatory environments, launching startups, and driving sustainable growth.
Previously, Ystevie served as President and CEO of Excelsia BPO Services from 2014 to 2023, where he led the company’s expansion as a trusted outsourcing provider for international clients. He began his executive journey as President of ILC Trading Corporation from 2006 to 2014, a retail fashion company with multiple locations across Metro Manila, where he oversaw the full value chain—from design and manufacturing to retail sales operations.
