Job Description
- Background Screening: Review and process background checks for approval, ensuring compliance with company standards. 
- System Account Setup: Initiate and coordinate new hire account setups across all relevant systems. 
- Start Date Coordination: Communicate and align start dates with new hires and their managers for seamless integration. 
- Documentation Oversight: Guarantee 100% completion of onboarding documents and forms, maintaining compliance and accuracy. 
- Onboarding Meetings: Conduct engaging weekly onboarding sessions, presenting company policies, expectations, and culture to new hires. 
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact for new hires, answering questions and fostering excitement about joining the team. 
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in training, onboarding, HR, or similar role. 
- Personality: Outgoing and energetic, with a natural ability to connect with people and set a positive tone. 
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal. 
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating and setting up accounts in various systems.
