Kevin Mairs is a seasoned executive and board-level advisor with over 30 years of experience driving growth, operational efficiency, and scalable infrastructure across telecom, technology, and business process outsourcing (BPO). His career spans leadership roles at Fortune 50 companies and high-growth ventures, where he has built revenue operations, transformed financial systems, and led enterprise-scale go-to-market strategies.
He currently serves as Chief Revenue & Implementation Officer at Arbcentrix, a Philippines-based BPO firm delivering tailored operational support for U.S. mid-market companies. Kevin is architecting embedded service models that unlock back-office efficiency, enabling clients to focus on growth and profitability.
Kevin also acts as a Strategic Advisor to multiple organizations, including My Wireless—a national AT&T retailer with over 200 locations—Arcade, a performance enablement platform, and previously Upduo, a SaaS firm in workforce development.
Earlier in his career, Kevin served as CFO of AT&T Mobility's Northeast Region, partnering on strategic growth and operational execution across multiple states. He later became VP of Sales Operations at AT&T, where he led compensation and performance systems for over 70,000 employees across all customer-facing channels. His deep domain knowledge includes finance, incentive design, sales analytics, and workforce management.
Kevin began his career with GTE Corp, working domestically and in Argentina with CTI Móvil. He later helped launch the Metro NY region for Cingular Wireless, and holding multiple operations and channel leadership roles across the U.S.
