Job Description
- Lead Generation & Campaign Strategy 
 Manage outbound messaging and engagement strategies on LinkedIn to connect with potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
- LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement 
 Manage outbound messaging and engagement strategies on LinkedIn to connect with potential clients, partners, and collaborators
- Inbound Marketing Management 
 Oversee content promotion, landing pages, forms, and automation in HubSpot to support inbound traffic and conversions.
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration 
 Work closely with agency leadership to align marketing efforts with business development goals, including refining messaging and supporting proposal efforts.
- Analytics & Funnel Optimization 
 Track key marketing KPIs and lead funnel performance; use data to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Brand Visibility & Thought Leadership 
 Promote the agency's services, case studies, and expertise through social media, newsletters, and strategic partnerships.
- CRM & Database Management 
 Maintain a clean, segmented, and up-to-date contact database in HubSpot for effective campaign execution and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, ideally in an agency or B2B setting 
- Proficient in HubSpot (automation, CRM, reporting) 
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and outreach 
- Strong content marketing and email marketing skills 
- Analytical mindset with experience in lead tracking and performance metrics 
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently 
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in or with small creative/digital agencies. 
- Familiarity with paid LinkedIn ads or Sales Navigator. 
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital ad platforms. 
- Light design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
